The Schoolbiz Grant Association was founded by Charles, Pam and
Linda Riordan in 2007 to help school teachers with grant money for projects, supplies and learning aids that
their school districts can't afford to pay for. The Riordan family has a long and
rich heritage of being involved with and supporting education in the United States. We care about education
in our communities and across the country and we believe that it is through education that our children will acquire the tools
to build successful lives for themselves.
Teacher Grants
The Schoolbiz Grant Association has launched our
teachers grant initiative for the 2008 and 2009 school year and we're calling our grants T-Grants.
T-Grants are designed to help teachers bridge the funding gap in their classrooms.
Schoolbiz.biz has an affiliated relationship with partner stores who have agreed
to pay us a commission for referring customers to shop at their online stores. Through our partnerships with
these companies, Schoolbiz.biz donates money as T-Grants to to fund classroom projects that teachers
have listed on the Donors Choose web site.
If you are a classroom teacher we encourage you to submit your
requests describing your needs at Donors Choose, and make sure you notify us after your needs have been posted and
we will make every effort on our part to find the funds to suppport your project.
How You Can Help,
When you shop
with our partner stores on the Schoolbiz.biz web site, we use the commission money as T-Grants to
help our teachers help our kids.
